TRYOUTS ARE SCHEDULED FOR:
• JULY 27TH , 29TH, 6:00PM AT OGSA LOCATED AT 151ST AND PFLUMM IN OLATHE, KANSAS
• AUGUST 3RD AND 5TH 6:00PM AT OGSA LOCATED AT 151ST AND PFLUMM IN OLATHE, KANSAS.

I'm Coach David Vickers formerly of the Olathe Rockets 14U Team. Next season I break new ground as one of the few selected KC PEPPERS teams at 14U.
I will be looking for a variety of new players for all positions on the KC Peppers 14U-A team. We are planning to play a mix of USSSA and ASA tournaments, I also plan on returning to Colorado with my team during the 4th of July weekend for the biggest tournament in the country. In addition we plan on attending the USSSA State, ASA Metro's, USSSA World Series and ASA Nationals. If the *ESPN Premier tournament opens up for 14U we will try to qualify for that as well.
For the past 25 years the KC Peppers name has been recognized in the Kansas City area as a High Performance Team which is very popular throughout the USA and a variety of Colleges who watch our games at tournaments including Division 1 Coaches. The Peppers are noted as exposing the most talented softball players in the Midwest that can compete at the next level. Coach Eakin has brought national attention to Midwest softball players through his Nationally Ranked KC PEPPERS GOLD teams each year qualifying 10 of the past 12 years at the Gold Level for Nationals. One of two "TRUE" 18 GOLD teams in the Midwest. Over the years Coach Eakin has brought more attention of Division 1, Division 2 to the players from the Midwest than any other team. I've traveled with Coach Eakin for the past 4 years with my older daughter Laura, the 18th most recruited player in the Country according to **ESPNU, at 18 Gold and plan to bring the Peppers winning tradition to a 14U age group and help them progress through the next stages of softball.
If you are under the age of 14 as of January 1, 2011, love softball, love the KC Peppers this could be your chance to wear the name on your uniform. We are looking for players with heart for the game, willing to learn a new level, developed skills and talents and understand how to play the game unselfishly.
