Default Out of town tourney recommendations

We are wanting to do a couple of out of town tournaments this year. Any recommendations for 12u? We want strong competition and a little fun.

The OKC Challenge during the WCWS is a lot of fun. If you are an 11u team, Nationals in Des Moines is great also.

Lincoln NE PGF puts on some good 12U Tournaments, they take care of the fields after every game also.

Hit for the Cure in Arkansas used to be fun and Branson was ok even though it was stupid hot. The fields are all over the place for Arkansas which makes it hard to get a central hotel to stay. St Louis and Des Moines are easy trips with some decent tournaments just be ready for a little home town bias in Des Moines. This was all several years ago though. When you decide on a place contact the tournament director about working a schedule that will allow a little time for the team and you can make any out of town trip fun. As always just my opinion.

I saw an ad for this tournament on Facebook. It looks pretty fun.

SSC9 is an unknown quantity at this point

HFTC in Arkansas is no more. Doug is right though, it was a phenomenal tournament.
